At DIVAIN UK, we want you to find your perfect scent with complete confidence. If your fragrance isn't the right match, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely back at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new fragrance selection within 5-7 business days.
